Information we receive
If you contact insite2.ai or begin a guided appraisal intake, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, contact details, broad property information, assignment purpose, timing, and acknowledgments.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not send passwords, access codes, financial account details, client files, protected health information, or other confidential material through email or an initial inquiry.
Insite Valuations appraisal intake
When you enter through the Insite Valuations pathway, insite2.ai uses the information to create a preliminary request, route it to authorized Insite Valuations staff, preserve required evidence, and support service communications. It is not reused for Money Trap Academy.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, route and review requests, maintain controlled business records, protect the workflow, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Email and future SMS consent
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in automated marketing. Marketing email will include a practical way to opt out. Any future text-message program will require a separate, optional consent process; consent will not be a condition of service.
